The bunker has a ventilation system that circulates fresh air. This means that the bunker maintains air quality throughout extended periods of non-use. These vents can be closed during the fire to prevent air escaping from the shelter and toxic fumes or smoke entering the shelter. The bunker can accommodate 5 people for approximately 3 hours of air during a fire storm.
